When should I download the app? Where can I download the app?

You can download our app (it's free) at any time. If you haven't setup your account yet, you can do the setup in the app. Once you have downloaded it, you'll need to authorize your device as a terminal for your account. You will be prompted automatically to enter in your log in details.

If you setup your account through our website, when you authorize your terminal for the first time you'll also be asked to name your terminal for Android, iOS and Windows Phone (this can be done later for Mac and Windows). You may want to choose a name that fits the device and the person who will use it, that way if you ever add more terminals, you'll be able to tell the difference between them.

If you did your setup through the app on Android, iOS or Windows Phone, you won't be prompted for a terminal name, but you can change it later.
