Can I perform a refund if I don’t have my device or access to the app?

Since you can view all your transactions online from your dashboard, you also have the ability to refund all transactions from your dashboard as well. Just follow these simple steps:

1. Click on Transactions
2. Choose the transaction you wish to refund
3. Click on Refund button below the receipt
4. Enter the amount you wish to refund and click Refund
5. Click Ok to the confirmation message
6. Receipt should now show the amount in parenthesis ex. ($1.00)
